Refund policy

Every purchase on Wild Frame Imagery is a digital licence and file, not a physical product.

No refunds after download

Once the licensed file has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund is given.

When we will refund

If you have not yet downloaded your file, or the file is faulty or never reaches you, email profarazzimedia@gmail.com with your order number and we will replace the file or refund you in full.
